The parking is as tight as as any nightmare imaginable. Definitely had t worry about car being clipped by cars trying to exit The internet was as slow as the AOL disk up days, and it failed to connect to my girlfriend's iPhone. This never was able to fixed by the staff member. Worse, the hotel is located where trucks apply air brakes, so all night long there was the loud screech of truck air brakes being used.

Thank you Robert for your Review and sorry to hear you did not enjoy your 1 night stay with us.The parking is tight but with a little patience it does work, and there is always an option to park out front of the property which is very safe.Unsure what the issue was with the WIFI connection on your girlfriends phone, but obviously a phone issue if you were able to connect on yours. Sometimes turning the Phone off and restarting can fix the problem.When running at full occupancy, dependant on other guests usage this can slow down some, but will look into the problem.Traffic is not normally an issue but at present SH1 has been detoured via Mangawhai due to the Brynderwyns Closure. Trucks are not meant be using this.We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip in NZ and wish you safe travels - Kind Regards

Nice location, close to beach and amenities. Accommodation is nice and comfortable
