The riom was very dated, neighbouring room was so noisy and woke my child up after 10pm, could not get hold of any staff to help. The door to deck didnt lock, several lights not working. It was cold and no extra blankets in room. We did enjoy the hot pool, but that was about the only good thing.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 children (9&11yrs). The room was lovely and the king size bed was comfortable although the bathroom was not like they showed in the photo. The bathroom needs an upgrade but it still served us well. The pool was lovely, the gym equipment was sufficient. I missed out on the sauna but will definitely use next time. The staff service was top quality. The maintenance person Willy really cares about the property and takes his job seriously which was great to see. Gregg in the buffet breakfast service was top quality. He tended to our needs and made conversation with my kids which made them feel comfortable. If I had the authority to, I would give him a pay raise as his personality brings brightness and light to the customers. My family and I are considering this place as our annual holiday location. I would highly recommend staying here and our family will definitely be back. Thank you team.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the hotel. Our room wasn't ready at our 3pm arrival check-in, and we had no hot water that evening or the following day until after midday. There was no communication regarding this, when I asked I was told it was our wing & was being fixed. There was no apology compensation, or attempt to problem solve by offering a different room. Reception was under staffed, & in general the hotel was in need of a renovation I feel.
