The room was in a good condition but not at the level expected for a 4 star accomodation hotel as advertised. The facilities at the place were limited with no additional game areas and family friendly entertainment rooms including renting bicycles which was advertised. Also, the SPA room and SPA/massage facilities was not available because they did not have anybody to provide these services. Swimming pool water quality was not good.

Our family stayed for 5 days over Christmas in a deluxe harbour view room and we had the most amazing stay. Room was stunning and clean with big deck outside. Room service dining was fast, fresh and great portion sizes. All staff were so friendly and caring, even when we bothered the cleaners in the hallways, they were always so accommodating. The pool was the kids highlight of the stay, even though it rained everyday of our stay, the pool didnt disappoint and had lots of different levels to suit every child of every age. The spa pool was our evening escape and a perfect wind down after a full on day. We truly cannot fault anything about our stay and look forward to booking again.
