It is quietly located and spread over 2 floors, connected by a central hall shared with the owner. There is a sweet dog that you will meet both inside and outside, and several animals roam the farm's grounds, such as cats and chickens. Enjoy the countryside!
Wald im Pinzgau is known for its picturesque Alpine landscape. You can enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in summer, while the winter months lend themselves to winter sports activities in the surrounding mountains. The village hosts cosy restaurants where you can enjoy local dishes. In Wald itself, you will find a beautiful indoor pool with wellness area and, of course, there are many excursion possibilities. Spend a day at the waterfalls or visit the Grossglocknerstraße. This is an ideal holiday address for those looking for peace and quiet, and also like having a fantastic ski resort nearby

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Aber dann endet es auch. Es gibt absolut keine Privatsphäre. Kinder, die durch das Küchenfenster zuschauen, Menschen, die denselben Flur entlanggehen, auf dem Sie Ihr Schlafzimmer und Ihre Dusche haben. Sehr störend ist, dass es keinen Durchgang von der Küche zur Terrasse gibt, so dass man den ganzen Weg um das Haus herum gehen muss, wenn man sie benutzen will. Das ist also überhaupt nicht praktisch, wenn man draußen essen und/oder trinken möchte. Oder Sie wollen einfach nur eine Weile die Sonne genießen. Auch der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich, die Türen standen offen und gaben Küche, Schlafzimmer 1, Schlafzimmer 2 etc...... Wir bekamen irgendwie den Eindruck, dass in ihrem Haus noch einige Zimmer frei sind und dass es nur ein netter Nebenverdienst ist und dass sie es eigentlich gar nicht genießen, Gastgeber zu sein. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und die Küchenausstattung war dem nicht gewachsen. Keine passenden Deckel auf Pfannen, kein Sieb, eine Küchenschublade, die auseinanderfällt....... Trotz alledem hatten wir eine tolle Woche mit schönem Wetter und guten Möglichkeiten für schöne Spaziergänge. Frühmorgens abgereist und spätabends in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt.

Die Farm liegt weiter oben auf dem Berg, es ist eine ziemliche Tour, um nach oben zu kommen. Man wohnt wirklich im Haus der Leute. Ihre Küche liegt neben der Gästeküche. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss und schön groß! Die Sanitäranlagen ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig, der Duschraum war sehr klein und unordentlich. Jede Menge Spinnweben in allen Zimmern.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber die Hygiene (Küchen-, Bad- und Toilettenreinigung) könnte viel besser sein. Auch im unteren Flur, an den unsere Wohnküche grenzte, stank es oft sehr stark. In der Beschreibung steht, dass der Eigentümer auch den zentralen Flur und die Treppe nutzt, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn erwähnt worden wäre, dass der Eigentümer selbst (und seine Familie!) auch im Erdgeschoss wohnt und wir tatsächlich zuerst an ihren Zimmern vorbeigehen mussten, um zu unserer Wohnküche zu gelangen. Ansonsten sehr schöne Aussicht und freundlicher Besitzer. Wir kamen früher an und das war kein Problem.
