Pros: - Großzügige Wohnungen mit viel Platz - Küchen mit viel Ausstattung und Geschirr - reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten - viel Platz auf der überdachten Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick - extrem ruhig und viel Abstand zu "Nachbarn", dass man sich nicht wegen Lautstärke in der Nacht zurückziehen oder aufpassen muss - trotz des Altbaus gut isoliert was Wärme und Lautstärke angeht (im Schlafzimmer angrenzend zum Wohnzimmer kann man gut schlafen während noch gefeiert wird) - gute Anbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Auto-Minuten - die Schlafzimmer-/Bad-Aufteilung passt (2 Schlafzimmer = 1Bad) Cons: - einige Lampen gehen nicht oder sind abgebaut - Brandmelder wurden abmontiert und liegen in einem Küchenfach - Bettbezüge frisch gewaschen, aber hier und da Löcher - Sitzmöbel an vielen Stellen schon am Auflösen, unangenehm bei den Armlehnen - Sitzkissen mit vielen Löchern - Grill ist nicht wie abgebildet und das eine Rost fällt fast auseinander - die Sitzmulde auf der Terrasse fehlt komplett - kein Besen vorhanden und Staubsauger ist defekt - Lattenrost bei einem Bett durchgebrochen - einige Türen schwer auf-/abschließbar, Türgriffe fallen bei einigen Türen fast ab, eine Badtür kein Schlüssel nur ein Zettel "frei/besetzt" - am 2. Tag kein warmes Wasser mehr - Kommunikation mit Gastgeber schwierig - diverses Geschirr war noch dreckig - Grillrost hatte bestimmt noch Fleischreste von vor 3 Wochen - Terrasse wurde ewig nicht sauber gemacht - Duschen sind nicht gut, das Wasser verteilt sich im Bad statt in den Abfluss
