This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Located just two blocks from Whitman College, three blocks from scenic Pioneer Park, and less than a mile from downtownâs renowned wine tasting rooms and dining, youâll be steps away from everything Walla Walla has to offer.

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation 2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3. Immediate eviction 4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate
DOGS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING: Guests are permitted 2 vehicles: we can accommodate 1 vehicle in the driveway and a 2nd vehicle is allowed to park on the street. Please be sure to follow parking rules and signs, there is no parking on the home side of the street. **RVs and trailers are not permitted
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, driveway and back door. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause for eviction.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

This vacation home is 3.4 mi (9-min drive) away from the Walla Walla, WA (ALW-Walla Walla Regional) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
The backyard was spacious for our dog, the home was exquisitely decorated, and the interior had been recently renovated. The driveway had room for 1 car to park. Neighborhood was quiet, which was good for having a baby with us.
This is indeed a charming, pet-friendly bungalow with a gorgeous yard. The interior is cute and comfortable for a weekend in WW. We enjoyed the fenced back yard for our dog and the fact that Pioneer Park is only 3 blocks away for a pretty walk. Bedrooms are comfortable and the home was clean and inviting. We hope to return soon!
Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens) and our 2 dogs LOVED this home. The hosts were clear and communicative prior to our arrival. The home was clean, comfortable, and sophisticated. The fully fenced backyard was well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. This home is perfectly located to walk downtown. We will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Tannin and Vine! The home was incredibly clean and well stocked. The best part is that we could easily walk to town to enjoy the many fun restaurants, stores and wineries downtown. The backyard is huge and very private. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
What a terrific stay! House is an homage to classic craftsman details, yet has all the modern amenities. Bed was SO comfy! We love it and we canât wait to come back!
