The drain in the shower was plugged, my husband slipped and fell. The water was to the max before flooding the floor. They did switch our room. There was no ice machine on the floor in which we were first given. We had to go downstairs to get ice. Had an issue with an early checkout, no manager available ever and no one ever answers the phone calling the number that is listed for the hotel. We are local and had to stay because we were without water at our home. This is not an old hotel, but it appears to not be upkept well.

There was no issue reported while your stay except early checked out . Front desk employees already informed you about there will be no refund even you check out early .Thanks

The breakfast bar was trouble. I didnt fill safe at all. I have been traveling for yhe last 2 yrs and i wouldnt go back there..

This was a regular, moderately priced hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was minimal. It was quiet, despite being close to I10 highway. No complaints.
