The Marina is a great location with lovely views over the Marina.
The most amazing location, paired with stunning lake & mountain vistas, is unbeatable. This apartment enjoys a premium spot, mere minutes from the lakeshore, dining establishments, & cafes. You`ll have access to a spa, heated swimming pool, & well-equipped gym.
All 3 bedrooms have ensuites, and the bed configuration can be adjusted to accommodate two large singles in two of the rooms. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, complete with a Nespresso machine and NutriBullet for your convenience.
There is only one car park available for guests at the Marina Apartment.
There is also a lock up which can fit skis or an ebike.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.
We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
The Guest Car Park is - number 46.
The whole facility - pool, spa and gym complex is available to guests.
A few minutes walk to town and all the restaurants, shopping...

OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smokingâincluding the use of any recreational drugsâis strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant and comfortable environment for all guests.
