We had a wonderful stay, the home was spacious and nicely furnished. A great location, close to Munich and the Alps, but far enough away to have a quiet stay. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating! I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Apartment was just as pictured. Very cozy and clean. Centrally located for any site seeing in southern Bavaria. Heike was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting southern Bavaria!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Alpenglück. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtet u. uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage war für Ausflüge mit dem Auto o. dem Fahrrad perfekt. Die sehr nette Vermieterin, war bei Fragen oder Tipps immer sehr gerne bereit zu helfen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt u. werde sicher noch mal wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir sind total begeistert von dieser sauberen, gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten FeWo. Es fehlte uns hier an nichts und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Wunderschöne Wohnung mit kleinen Haken

Die Vermieterin hat uns super freundlich empfangen und wir waren angenehm von der wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung angetan. Leider stellte sich relativ schnell heraus, dass das lt. Ausschreibung vorhandene Smart-TV ein ganz normaler Fernseher mit Schüsselempfang war. Das vorhandene WLAN war sehr holprig und ab 25.12.fiel es gänzlich aus. Da ich, als Selbständige, leider immer Arbeit mit in Urlaub nehme, war dies für mich dann mehr als ärgerlich. Es ist ja gut, wenn der Ort dies nicht hergibt, aber man sollte so etwas mit in die Objektbeschreibung aufnehmen,so dass der Gast bei der Objektsuche selbst entscheiden kann, ob ihm ein holpriges WLAN und ein normaler Fernseher genügt.Heutzutage ist Smart-TV eigentlich schon Standard, denn die Zeiten sind vorbei, wo man sich nach den Sendezeiten richtet, vor allem im Urlaub ist das ein no go, denn man möchte ja auch gemütlich essen gehen und nicht unbedingt zu Filmbeginn Zuhause sein. Die Vermieterin sollte vielleicht auch bedenken, dass sie in dem einzigen 1,5 m-Schrank nicht auch noch Decken und Kissen deponiert und auch nicht alle Schubladen im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche belegt. Der Gast, der länger als 3-4 Tage (vor allem im Winter) bleibt braucht auch Platz im Kleiderschrank, Badeschrank und in den Küchenschubladen. Es war nicht wirklich schlimm, denn wir haben halt alles irgendwo zur Seite gelegt bzw. umgeräumt. Trotz allem haben wir unseren Urlaub genießen können und das ist in erster Linie die Hauptsache.

Gezellig chalet in mooie omgeving

Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken. De host is erg vriendelijk en doet alles om er een mooi verblijf van te maken. De omgeving is prima geschikt om rond te rijden en leuke plaatsjes te bezoeken. In Warngau zelf is een kleine Edeka, maar Holzkirchen is vlakbij met oa een grote ReWe en Edeka. Hoewel het appartement gezellig is zijn er wel wat aandachtspunten; zo is de trap naar de eerste verdieping vrij steil en loopt door de tweede slaapkamer. Het internet is op zich prima, maar de verbinding loopt via adapters via het stopcontact. Wij hebben gemerkt dat als wij onze laptop oplaadde het internet weg viel. Ook loopt er een weg vlak voor het appartement langs die drukker is dan je zou verwachten. Er is geen magnetron, maar die mis je niet echt. Wat wel lastig is, is de kleine koelkast. Op zich vreemd, want de keuken is modern en prima uitgerust. Maar dit zijn slechts kleine dingen die het verblijf zeker niet onaangenaam maakten en we hebben een mooie vakantie gehad.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist jedoch nicht auf Familien ausgerichtet, so fanden wir z.B. den Kühlschrank zu klein. Nicht optimal ist das zweite Schlafzimmer, da es der Durchgang zum Elternschlafzimmer ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, da viele Ausflugsziele in 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar sind und auch die Bahnanbindung nach z.B. München ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt! Alles in allem voll empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, auf schriftliche.Fragen erfolgte umgehend eine Antwort. Vor Ort sehr zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem super Zustand, sauber, hervorragend mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, was wir in anderen Unterkünften noch nie so hatten. Grundausstattung sogar mit Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Babywindeln, Hochstuhl. Föhn,Toilettenpapier sowie Seife und Geschirrspülmittel!! Im Kühlschrank einige Getränke,Süßigkeiten auf dem Couchtisch. Die beiden überdachten Balkone- Süd-und Westausrichtung- laden zu einem Feierabendgetränk in der Sonne ein. Der einzige Nachteil der Ferienwohnung war für uns, dass das große Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss liegt und das Bad in dem darunter liegenden Hauptwohnanteil, für jüngere Besucher aber sicher gut machbar. Die gesamte Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt- Vorteil: Man kommt schnell an den Tegernsee und zur Autobahn- war es nachts sehr ruhig. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung und die sympathischen Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wiedet

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in Warngau!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, 11 Tägigen Aufenthalt in Warngau in einem Traum von Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Mit ganz viel Geschmack und Herzblut eingerichtet. Da hat mal jemand Lust auf Vermietung und Gäste. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unfassbar großzügig. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles an dieser Stelle! Der Ort Warngau bietet alles was man braucht. Einen Edeka, eine fantastische Fleischerei, eine Sparkasse und ein wunderbares Lokal, die Post, wo man sehr gut Essen kann. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Tegernsee ist man mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten. Da geht's dann weiter mit der Idylle. Wir haben tatsächlich keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Es war von vorne bis hinten traumhaft schön. Der unverbaute weite Blick vom Balkon wird uns sehr fehlen..Deshalb...WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!

Tolle Wohnung, perfekt gelegen

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Da wir Freunde und Familie im Münchner Süden haben, war die Lage mit der Anbindung an die Stadt , der Nähe zur Autobahn, aber auch in Richtung Tegernsee perfekt für uns. Wir hatten nur viel zu wenig Zeit! Gerne wieder!
