Check in un peu particulier. Sourire en option et risque de ne pas avoir de place dans le restaurant car "non réservé à l avance". Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, du standing de l hotel et de l'ancienneté de l achat (été 2019), on s attend a ce qu'ils réservent un minimum de place dans le restaurant pour les clients de l hotel. Ou à ce qu'ils préviennent. A part ça, très bien!

Booked a king size superior room. Arrived and was checked in to a small double. Questioned customer service who advised me that it was a mistake on the system. No king size rooms available. So had no option but stay with the double. Offered a measly 10% discount which worked out at £10. But, it cost £20 to upgrade to the superior king size room. Will not stay here again.

As a VIP property and a Gold member for Expedia, there was no acknowledgement of that during check in. Although the family room (222) we got was large, it was very cold and none of the heaters worked. Bathroom a little worn out, e.g. chipped bathroom tiles, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. I did mention the cold room.l, but then I only got a small portable heater that was obviously not big enough for the size of room. Room view was not something that I was necessarily looking for, but it was overlooking the roof of some sort of outbuilding which wasn’t great. Shame about the room. Would have liked breakfast to finish later in the weekends (finished at 10am), and for more than one coffee machine to be working given the amount of people queuing. Maybe we’re a bit unlucky with the room, but I would have actually liked to have seen my Expedia benefits, which I didn’t.

Didn't like the lack of a charge

Good, modern hotel, great breakfast and good restaurant. I booked the hotel because it advertised EV charging, but discovered this was Tesla only. There are other EVs! A hotel like this should have cost-effective overnight EV charging.
