Ideal family holiday home in the seaside town of Warrnambool

Comfort on Conns is the ideal family holiday home in the seaside town of Warrnambool. Perfectly placed to enjoy quality time with those you love.

This 4 bedroom home is situated in a quiet family friendly road and offers all the comforts of your own home away from home. There are 2 bedrooms with Queens, the master comes with a large ensuite with separate shower and bath. It also has walk in robes and a cot, particularly useful if you are travelling with your baby.

The third bedroom has 2 singles and the fourth a single. The second bathroom also comes with separate shower and bath and there is the addition of a separate toilet. There is large laundry with both washer and separate dryer.

The first living space is perfect for relaxing in front of a family movie in the winter. The second living space also comes its own TV so there will be none of those squabbles over what to watch! The kitchen offers oodles of counter space and a large pantry, as well as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a high chair at the property as well.

This home boasts its own large games room, which comes with table tennis table as well as a variety of board games. There is plenty inside and out to keep the kids entertained while you relax outside in the spacious undercover area with a glass of wine. The undercover area has seating for 8, a BBQ and grassy area for a quick game of football before dinner. Your own little oasis comes rain or shine.

The location of this property has got to be the icing on the cake. This quiet little road has a playground situated at either end. As well as only a few minutes walk from the Russell Creek Walking & Bike Trail, Warrnambool botanical gardens with a brand new Nature-based playground, Aqua Zone Swimming, Emmanuel College with large ovals to run around.

Yes would book again!

Good for access for disabled person as we had our own comode/toilet raiser the hand rail was abit low
slate flooring practical and the new ensuite bathroom ok for showering disabled persons but can’t use that toilet. Rear garden lovely and secure for our dogs. Saucepan’s need replacing alll old worn out. Nice big bath towels. Overall all 👍 good! We enjoyed our stay willl come back again!
