The nearby IMKA Theatre is also worth a visit. Less than 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is the Military University of Technology, making it an ideal location for students attending the institution. The surrounding area offers various shops, cafĂ©s, restaurants, and service points. The apartmentâs location allows for convenient travel around the city, with numerous bus and tram stops nearby.
