Only location is great. Front desk customer service provided unprofessional service. Full of attitude. Our second stay and for sure last. We witnessed fist fight in Hotel restaurant at evening. It was very noisy at night in our room..

Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent, especially for gluten free (but sometimes bread was not available). Only thing letting it down was the elevators (not in service or didn't work properly) and it was difficult to find the stairs.

The smell of the room was really bad to be honest and the cleaner keep open the door in the morning even I have the tag showing that don't need clean service, she or he opened my door twice!
