The small basement apartment is ok if you are going to SGH School. Convenient to take the subway. The shower is great. A microwave, wi-fi and a more comfortable bed would be really welcome, though.
The apartment is compact and small and clean. There is a simple cooking kit, electric kettle and induction heater, but no toaster or microwave.
There is no problem for a one-week stay, but it would be somewhat inconvenient for a longer stay. Also, there seems to be no ventilation fan or fire detector, so you need to be aware of that as well. I stayed here for a visit to the university and the commute to work is great as it is via a large park. I plan to use it again.
