I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, having previously experienced their standard room. On my first visit, the standard room, met my expectations. However, this latest experience, where I have Junior suite, left me quite disappointed.
The most noticeable downgrade was the size of the room's closets. Surprisingly, they were significantly smaller than those in the standard room I had previously stayed in. This was quite inconvenient, especially considering the higher price I was paying.
Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortably low throughout my stay. Despite attempts to adjust it, I found myself feeling cold throughout the day. This level of discomfort is not what one would expect from a room at this price point.
Another aspect that fell short of expectations was the quality of the provided amenities, specifically the shampoo prompting me to purchase my own.
Overall, the value for the price paid was very low. It's bewildering how the conditions in a more expensive room could be worse than those in a standard room. This experience has unfortunately altered my view of this hotel, and I find myself hesitant to recommend it based on this latest stay.
