The staff are very very responsive both on the hotel.com messenger and WhatsApp
The location is very very close to public transport that takes you right into the city. It’s not far from the zoo which we didn’t go to but a cool attraction non the less. Very cosy and fit for purpose, I’d recommend to anyone who wants somewhere convenient to stay.
