For the price this was a very worthwhile overnight stay. Big comfortable bed, good WiFi, and good facilities. The only downside was an issue with the cleaning in the bathroom as the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, as I found a small amount of poo in the toilet bowl. Not great. But overall was pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was difficult as crowded and food and cutlery not replaced quickly..got cereals but unable to eat as no spoons waited 10mins for spoon. Also only blackcurrant jam, hazelnut spread or marmalade availble. My granddaughter who only eats strawberry jam couldnt have toast.

Room was very clean. Staff were outstanding. My wife uses crutches due to reduced mobility and they allocated a room nearer the entrance. Excellent value. We would certainly stay again

Hugely busy hotel as it was at capacity! We arrived late this was a stop off on our post Christmas journey home. And it seemed so did many other guests. Despite this there was a full set of reception staff to check-in all the arrivals at 10pm ! The breakfast room was heaving with guests and again there was plenty of staff assisting in seating, clearing and topping up a decent array of breakfast food. We were impressed how well prepared they were! Our room was clean & tidy with tea & coffee..etc Highly recommend - well done team !

We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there.
