Off-season - good price for the area
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayVery close to the beach with nice lawn space next to the river for summer activities (did not get the chance to use much but would enjoy that if we were there in the warmer months). Seems that going through VRBO may make communication less than ideal. Once on site Tal was very responsive.

I was hoping for some much deserved R'nR
Unfortunately did not receive that and left a night early.

Check in process is a little strange. You just walk around until you find someone that works there to let you in. I sent a few emails to property owner with questions before my stay but never heard back. I’m very happy though with my stay.

No surprises, clean , quiet and reasonable priced.

Publié le 18 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe space was as advertised. Check in was challenging since there are 2 properties in town with the same name which led to some confusion.
Otherwise it served our purposes. My only pet peeve is the service charge tacked on to the rate but then the host lists all these clean up chores that a guest is expected to do..e.g. put the dishes away, empty the trash, etc or else suffer a cleaning charge. Well what is the service fee for?
This is becoming more prevalent in the short term vacay ecosystem so much so that getting a hotel is more price competitive these days. And it comes with maid service.

Description of property and pictures are all accurate as far I can tell. If your looking for a few days out on the beach I would definitely Recommend
