It was infested of bed bugs I went to check out and asked for a refund took them to the room and showed him the bed bugs and he still didn't give me a refund or my receipt WTH

Hotel Hell

If you stay here be prepare to used cash because it's $10 extra if you use a credit card. You have to leave a $20 deposit. The pictures you see online is not what you see in the room. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. No hot water, no heater , remote to TV didn't work. Had to change the channel manually. Had a office chair to sit in which was dirty. Mini fridge not working. I need a total refund.

No hot water. The floors had major water damages and all flooring was loose and a trip hazard . All the linen was very worn and the pillows should have been replaced years ago .the smoke detector was missing and the furniture was absolutely appalling ! I cant think of a worse possible motel in my travels. None of the advertised amenities on there website were present or were in total shambles. The health dept should and will be informed about this motel . Do your self a favor and just drive by this place .

Disappointing

We needed a hotel that would accept pets, but in all our travels I've never had to ask for TP because it wasn't in the bathroom, nor was there even a holder for a roll of TP. The box springs on the bed was broken so the bed sagged to the floor. I am hoping that it's a case of new ownership and they are in the process of renovation and we just caught them on a bad day but we moved to another hotel for the rest of the trip

First the door knob was loose in the door 2. Most of the electric outlets are worn out. 3. Had no hot water for the shower. 4. The toilet seat was loose. 5. The toilet paper holder was missing.

Needed to be cleaned better no hot water had to let the acc run before using it had seen a baby roach bed was comfy just was to dusty I was itchy could handle it
