Hotel overall was average. Description online listed the property as pet friendly, which it is not as suggested. There is no designated area outside to take pets for relief, no bags for clean-up and no trash can to dispose of waste. The area around the hotel is private residences, other rental properties and a marina with a restaurant. In my opinion, these not acceptable areas to walk pets and then not provide places to dispose of waste. The hotel website also does not specify that your pet is not allowed to be in the room unattended. We were surprised by the hotel mgr/owner following us to our car, as we were unloading our bags to ask us if we had our pet with us, as pets are not to be left unattended.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. First there was no maid service which should have been disclosed when booking. The bathroom lights power went out in the middle of 2 different morning showers. There were cob webs on the ceiling. Multiple spider webs in the window sill. We paid $200/night to stay in absolute trash. Avoid at all costs. They couldnt even fill the kleenex box....

Nice location with pretty harbor view. Restaurant next door was good. No breakfast onsite but Coco cafe a few blocks away was excellent. Only negative was noisy air conditioner.

Lovely place, well kept… only complaint is there is no elevator… we are retired and stayed for three nights. Good thing we are in pretty good shape so we could take our luggage up the stairs.
