The hotel is fine. If you're planning to park there, though, I wouldn't bet on that. I had to park five blocks away and drag my luggage back to the hotel. So when they say they have valet parking, put a big asterisk on that.

The property is great. Location is great and the inside of the property is excellent. The low rating is because of the front desk staff and the employees in the hotel. They were rude unprofessional and I was supposed to receive VIP voucher that they didn’t honor

I am not the type of person to ever leave a bad review, but my stay here completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday weekend. On my last night I noticed ants crawling on both desks in the room. They got into my food I had been looking forward to, one even crawled on me while I was in bed, and now I have itchy rashes and bumps all over my body. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because of the ants, which meant I barely got any sleep. After all that, the staff still could not offer me a later checkout or even an apology. This was supposed to be a special and restful weekend, but instead it was stressful, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I have pictures and videos of both the ants and the rashes I left with, and I truly hope management takes this seriously because no guest should have to go through this.
