Studio itself is well appointed, clean, efficient and comfortable. Neighborhood is also fine, just a bit off a busier commercial area…with a school, some churches, a skate park etc. and, communication was clear and timely. however, You should know that access is through the back alley..if you are traveling alone and not comfortable with a bit of alley trash, and a deserted approach, you might find this discomforting, particularly after dark.
