Elizabeth became our new friend in Washington! So personable at the check in desk! I grew up as the 4th generation resort owner on 800’ prime Lake Michigan frontage, so I think I know what great customer service looks like. Elizabeth’s energy and desire to serve was a breath of fresh air. So, even though we all like the facility, we will return to visit Elizabeth!

Very pleased with our stay at best Western Plus. Beautiful, quiet room nice gym, pool and spa. All the employees were very nice. Easy access to the freeway. Looking at a map I thought we might have freeway noise but we did not hear a thing. We would definitely stay here again.
