I was given inappropriate information about parking. I had to move rooms in middle of night because bath tub not draining. The room ac didn’t work properly. There was no remote in room and had to go downstairs and request 2x before receiving.

My friends and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC to celebrate my birthday. Initially, our experience was pleasant, with no issues or negative interactions; however, things took a turn after returning from dinner. While my friend was in our room playing music and engaging in festivities without any prior complaints, upon our return, we faced unexpected and unwarranted scrutiny from hotel staff, despite our efforts to celebrate in a respectful manner. A conversation with a neighboring guest regarding noise led to a cascade of complaints from staff that felt excessive and unjustified. Ultimately, this experience was disappointing, marred by an atmosphere of unwelcome attention rather than the enjoyable celebration we had anticipated. I feel compelled to share this feedback through various review platforms to inform potential guests of what they may encounter.
