Hotel had somekind of broken pipe. I understand things happen. No communication. Was told upon check in our floor was not impacted. I said are you sure they said yes. So after check in got to floor, entire floor wall paper was falling down, fans running everyhwere, including right next to room Could not sleep entire visit, all they offered me was 10k points which is not even enough for one night stay. Unacceptable.
