Clean, convenient and nice neighborhood

I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay.

Excellent experience

Even though it is in the basement, the place is spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay: a comfortable bed, a great work space, a small kitchen with basic appliances and utensils, and even a small cooktop, which we were not counting on! The bathroom is not very big, but it's comfortable and functional, with a great shower! The neighborhood is very friendly and the place is in a walking distance of a Walmart (15 minutes) and a subway station (18 minutes). The hostess (Sabrina) was the best! She was very flexible with the check-in hour and was of great help for everything we needed. We will certainly try to book this place again in case we get back to DC some time in the future.
