Great location and easy checkin with lobby and room lock codes provided. However, the room was very small with a TV that was way too big for the space. We literally had to duck under it to get around the bed to the other side of the room. The TV has no cable service, but is a smart TV where you use the provided apps and/or download and log into your streaming services. There were no glasses or cups in the room other than paper coffee cups. A Keurig coffee maker with the usual powered creamer and sugar packets were nice to have, but no stirs to mix these into your coffee. There was a rack with hangers to hang your clothes but no drawers or shelves for non-hanging clothes. We stayed one night, but it would be a challenge to stay here any longer than that.

The staff was lovely but the room was awful. As soon as we opened the door it hit the bed. The room was so small it was actually hard to get in the front door, especially with luggage. The room smelled musty. The bed was listed as a queen but it was definitely a full. One side of the mattress was completely broken. You laid in it and sunk in by at least a foot. No exaggeration. The toilet wobbled precariously when you sat on it and I felt like I needed to wear flip-flops in the shower. I would definitely not recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially as I was checking in and out. I appreciated that so much. I loved that it was close to everything, I could literally walk from the property to restaurants and unique shops. And access to the bus and metro were super convenient.

Very dingy. Room was extremely small. The bathroom windows didn’t lock and there was a fire escape outside, had to push a chair against the door for my girlfriend to feel safe in the room. The hand soap was empty and they were missing half the things they said they had in the “communal supply closet.” Would not stay here again. Stupid price for a horrible place to stay.

I like the check in process and how we didn’t have to speak to anyone. The rooms were a nice size, bathrooms a bit small but it’s whatever. Only thing that sucked is our TV screen picture was blown out of proportion so we couldn’t watch anything.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable but it was very dated and not well maintained. There is not staff on site, so checking in with the link was frustrating because it wasn't working properly. Not the greatest experience and wouldn't recommend...good location though.
