Room was in poor condition the power outlet was falling out of the wall the ac unit was not properly in the wall. There was no hot water in the shower. Room service did not come to our room either.

Lage war super. Zimmer war ansprechend und sauber. Schrank bzw. Kommode fehlt fĂŒr die Kleidung. Im Bad kann man nichts abstellen oder aufhĂ€ngen. Uns war im Zimmer kalt. Meine Sportuhr hat eine Temperatur von 14 Grad Celsius (57 Grad Fahrenheit) gemessen. Auf zweimalige Nachfrage hierzu an die angegebene Service-Telefonnummer wurde innerhalb von zwei Tagen (bis zu unserer Abreise) nicht reagiert.

Very few creature comforts everything is remote which is fine, instructions were clear and good communication. But no drawers, no hook or little shelf in the bathroom for a towel, etc. Very bare bones. In need of renovation in the bathroom tiles, etc. Good location.

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Booked for 4 nights stayed 1. And we only stayed that long because we arrive early evening and were too tired to look for another hotel. The hand rails to the floor 1 are unsafe, the room was dirty, very small, health and safety hazards. Rust on the shower head and grill in the shower floor. Holes in the wall. The blind does not fit so the light comes though as soon as the sun rises.

Upon arrival I couldn’t get into the room as the hotel sent me the incorrect check in info. On my second night the fire alarm went off in my room presumably from the shower, never had this problem anywhere ever, it was sounding in my room for 45 mins and one beep through out the whole hotel that everyone could hear. I tried to get customer services to help but no one answered so I decided to leave. Upon returning I had a messaged from the staff to go reset the alarms with code! 1 it’s not my job and 2 I’m not an engineer so I wouldn’t have known where to go! Wouldn’t book again

Room sparkled and was well equipped with plenty of towel, an iron, coffee maker and a blow dryer. Everything was well-thought out including the room design. Code access to property and room was easily provided and worked seamlessly. Shout out to Manage Nate for helping me resolve an issue with luggage storage. A+

âž» I left this stay genuinely disappointed. The flimsy, broken window frame let in so much cold air that the room never felt comfortable. After raising the issue, I was moved to a room that was shockingly small—less than half the size of a standard hotel room. The shower had none of the basic provisions you’d expect, and the decades-old AC/heater barely functioned. To make matters worse, the only view was of a dark, uninviting alleyway. This property completely failed to meet even modest expectations. For the price, nearly any other accommodation in town would offer a far better experience. Unless all you care about is having a bed and a shower, I would avoid booking here under any circumstances. It is simply not a comfortable or convenient place to stay whatsoever. They bank on location instead of providing actual quality in any way. No microwave, no fridge, nothing useful in the room at all.

It is very nice. In a great location. It feels more like an airbnb and has the historic charm of the homes in dupont circle. Not parking friendly, commuter is preferred. It might make you initially nervous the front desk isnt always there, because you have to trust everything (pins) works when they arent there. It also isnt super private (because it is small & can hear through walls) which may or may not be important to you. Best for solo traveler not in room much, not recommended for larger parties. Maybe a small grab and go free breakfast or free bottled drinks/snacks area could be nice. Local events, happy hours, or restaurant tips on a board or table (doesnt need to be concierge) would be nice.
