My stay there was a total disaster. It started with a room that had multiple issues. The AC made a terrible loud noise that was so extrem that our toddler woke up as soon as it kicked on. We had to turn it off to get a couple of hours of sleep. The bathroom door was pulled out off the hinges, the shower head had a life of its own and everywhere where damages and stains. This stay was only surpassed by the terrible customer service. I called about 15 times and wrote multiple emails, needless to say I never received a response.

Great location with very good dining choices nearby. Two subway stations close for ease of going to and from the airports. Clean suite with amenities needed for a stay of any length. Helpful staff to help with any problems or questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was nice and clean. However, the pull out bed was broken. It worked for my tiny toddlers but would not work for an adult. The ironing board was completely broken. We were going to a fancy function and needed to iron clothes. When we had an issue with a fire alarm going off I called the number and they "sent an email" to someone but no one ever called me back to resolve the issue. We figured out a way to reset it ourselves to stop the beeping so we could sleep but when I reached out to the company they offered no assistance.

It was an amazing stay!

It was an amazing stay! Very nice location, with kitchen facilities and necessary utensils (even blender, you can prepare your favourite smoothies!). The apartment is renovated and very clean. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. There are, though, a few things I suggest: - have more stainless-steel pans - upgrade the bathroom showerhead for better pressure.

Arriving at property, we were advised via email that we could check in at 3:45pm and our electronic access would work. On arrival the unit was not ready, not cleaned and our contact had gone home for the day. A female employee came to our unit over 24 hours later to apologise, however the damage was done. The unit was comfortable and in a good location.

Loved it!

We loved everything about it , location , clean , staff was awesome stuff was sent to wrong email but they got it all fixed & straightened out. Loved that we had a washer & dryer , especially with kiddos. Kids loved the pool & we all enjoyed the resterant next door Ted’s Bulletin it’s a must to eat there everything was delicious!! When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Furniture needs updating. The beds were very sub par for a LUXURY room. We had a 2 bedroom and both of the bedrooms had 2 single beds that were probably purchased at a discount furniture store. Not to mention the head boards on all the beds were just placed between the wall and the bed. Really not impressed at all. We will not be staying at any of their properties again.

This is the second summer I stayed here. I am put on a higher floor from last year. Better views. The apt was wonderful as usual. I love everything about it. The location is so close to many convenient locations- supermarkets, pharmacy, food, Metro, etc. what else can I say? I am coming back next year, again!
