Great Escape for Southern Utah


We invite you to enjoy our beautiful, clean, spacious vacation home at Coral Ridge Townhomes in Washington, Utah. This home is perfect for family, friends, golfers, adventure-seekers, and anyone wanting to enjoy the many activities that are nearby or to just relax. We are 32 miles from Zion's National Park. Sand Hollow State Park and Reservoir is 9 miles away where you can enjoy lake activities, ATV's, hiking and golfing. It is a short 9 mile drive to downtown St. George where you will find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Eighteen miles away is Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, a favorite of many visitors where you can see fabulous Broadway plays. Quail Creek State Park is less than 5 minutes away.

Our townhome is fully furnished and stocked which allows you to have a relaxing vacation. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached master bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and the other is on the 2nd floor. There is a 3rd bedroom upstairs with two full-size beds. There is a half bath on the main floor and another full bathroom, with bathtub upstairs. A loft is located upstairs with a daybed and pull-out trundle. Our kitchen is fully-stocked and is open to the great room with comfortable couches and chairs. The couch can be pulled out into a bed. There is a kitchen table and chairs and bar stools at the counter. Both master bedrooms, as well as the loft and great room, have flat-screen tvs. The backyard is great for barbecuing, relaxing, and playing. There is a grassy area, outdoor table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

Razor Ridge Park is next door with a stocked fishing pond. Coral Ridge has a clubhouse with a fireplace, exercise room, and game tables. There are 2 heated swimming pools and a hot tub as well as a putting green. You may also enjoy Coral Canyon Golf Course which is right next to our development.

You will find this home a great get-away with the necessities for a much needed vacation.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was short but relaxing. Relatively close to I-15 and as quick to get to downtown St. George as it is from Santa Clara or Ivins, places we’ve stayed before. The only concern we my wife is only 5’1” and the bed was too high for her to get into. Fortunately there was a portable folding floor mattress that she used for a footstool to get in and out! Still, we will definitely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

We escaped the cold and snow to spend a week golfing, mountain biking, hiking and paddle boarding. This location served as a wonderful point to go on our adventures. Wonderful hike with all the amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Perfect Getaway for Weekend Tournament

My son had a soccer tournament and the house was a perfect place to call home base. My son fished in his off time and we were all able to have a comfortable place to stay. House was clean and had everything we could have possibly wanted.

Perfect home with all the extras for a super stay

The location of this home was just right for us to enjoy St George, Zion and everything in between. The pools and hot tubs were also welcomed after long days enjoying the outdoors. Near to hiking, mountain biking and golf, we didn't have any trouble filling our daylight hours with adventure. The home itself is well-appointed and had all the baking and cooking supplies we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place (and huge)

This was a great property, in a great neighborhood, and huge. We had access to the garage, and three full baths (which tends to be more important to us than bedrooms. We only had 4 in our group, but could have easily stayed here with more; though I’d say 6-8 is a more realistic maximum. Kitchen was well stocked, it was very close to St George with tons of shops/restaurants. The only negatives: the bathrooms in both master bedrooms did not have doors, and we were there to visit Zion, and the drive there was a full hour.
