This Art Deco Washington aparthotel is smoke free.
Very well located, near to nice and quiet areas, with beautiful houses to discover, as well as all attractions. Busy neighborhood, busy streets... a little noisy over nights...
Cleaned appartment with all the basics to cook at home. I recommmend it!
This was about as basic as it gets. It was very clean and spacious. I could not get the tv to sync to any of my accounts so no live programming. It would not connect to or mirror my phone either.
I love this property and I'm positive I will stay again but the area outside is awful. The people hangs outside all day and night. I was scared to walk outside alone. I almost missed my Uber because I was standing inside the building . People stand around begging every time they see u you . The property was amazing and so were the staff. Both gets a A
This was my first apartment hotel stay. I loved it! You will have to clean and stock your own room. The hotel does provide broom and dustpan per request. I think you can find more information on thier website. Our room was clean and reminded me of a cute studio . The neighborhood is in the city which will have some noise. The hotel does supply ear plugs and a sleep sound machine which is awesome! Front desk staff i dealt with were nice. I will stay here again :)
Have to say it's a mixed bag. The good is the building is fairly new or rehabbed. The room is a legit 1 bedroom which waa nice. Has a pretty decent kitchen w a real stove and fridge.
I would have liked if the living room had more or a full size sofa. Theres plenty of room for it, but instead its got a love seat and even that is smallish.
The neighborhood outside is transitioning. There's defintely some sketchiness and massive traffic during rush hours. There are some agressive homeless in the neighborhood.
There's really not anything right there besides a pizzeria and bodega. Across the highway the neighborhood is better but its a decent walk across some very busy intersections to get a coffee or sandwich.
We were there for the convention center. Its about 2/3rd of a mile and the the neighborhood turns alright within a few blocks.
Lastly, its a very self service place. Basically you're given an access code and thats it. Housekeeping never came from Sunday through Thrusday. I had to get towels from the gym, pick up toilet papaer from CVS and had to pile up garbage in the corner
Overall the hotel was great, we had an oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in our unit. Room was clean. The only thing that was an issue for our trip was very limited parking. We had to scope out surrounding streets for a parking spot. And the area around the hotel was not great. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the hotel for you. Itâs very noisy. Especially during the weekdays. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Weâd stay here again if we were to come back to DC.
Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. But the surrounding area was not. The streets were covered in trash, there were homeless people right outside and parking was nearly impossible to find. Its a great place to stay, I just wish it was in a different location.
Initially the front desk clerk wasn't very pleasant while checking in but eventually her attitude adjusted and she was more hospitable. The room was very trendy spacious and we appreciate it the kitchenette. Very satisfied with room, toilet paper holder was loose and didn't have enough towels.
Ther was requirement of $200.00 above what I paid to check in. Was not required before even though I fully paid prior to coming for the key. Front desk person was rude and I felt targeted. I will not return again. Looking for a new spot next time.
