• Building ID Verification Requirement: Please be advised that the building management requires all guests to complete a brief ID verification and background check prior to arrival.
• Long-Term Stays: For reservations of 25 days or more, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks. The fee for this service is $140 per cleaning.
• Potential Fees: A $150 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned key. No smoking, no pets, and no excessive noise. Violations may result in fines up to $500 per incident.
