Room was clean, and well cared for. My stay was for a child in Mercy Hospital, so the location was convenient. I wish they had a special price for hospital stays. The breakfast was sparse but adequate. Very nice place to stay. Quiet.

Ac/heat was responsive, room was nice size, shower was good and the bed was comfortable. I really hate to mention this because mist hotel bathroom sinks water flow rate is anemic at best, but this bath room faucet has too much pressure and water goes everywhere. Most faucets only dribble out. Chair was an older sytle but was comfortable to sit in, the office chair would not raise above lowest option.

The overall property was good. I felt the rooms were a little small. I did upgrade when I got there, but I do feel that the overall price of the room was not worth what I paid. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating. They absolutely get A+. My biggest complaint was the noise of doors slamming in the hallway all night long. The room was definitely clean and updated nicely. I especially liked the “no carpet.” Overall a good experience. I just felt like it was expensive for what you get. And the pictures are a little deceiving because I thought it had a pool, but it was the nearby Town property that had the pool.

The bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and the TV was difficult due to the lack of channels and trying to access HD channels. Remote wasn’t working at first due to dead batteries. T on the other hand staff was great and everything was clean.

Hotel & room to be expected. Did not like that the side entrances were unlocked 24/7 despite sign saying they were from 11 PM-7 AM. Would prefer side doors to be key entry at all times. Felt unsafe anyone could walk in.

Extremely clean, plenty of parking, room was prepared and had everything we needed. Very quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Only downside- stairs only no elevator. Was not an issue but might be a problem for some.
