This is a beautiful hotel that is about 108 years old. The foyer and public areas are just gorgeous, and I love especially the arched doors. Even the dining room was incredible - such high ceilings! Staff was very good.

Nice property. Night time staff in the lobby and bar were super friendly. Daytime staff left a little to be desired. We had a king suite which was a nice size but found it odd that a suite did not have a refrigerator. The hotel is in a great location walkable to a lot of the main sites in DC and good restaurants. Overall our stay was nice.

It was alright for 1 night. I’m usually not one to complain but the bathroom floor was NOT clean, hair everywhere and pretty gross. Coffee maker didn’t work. Bed was somewhat comfortable. For 1 night , it’s definitely the cheapest option in Washington DC close to the White House.

Hotel was beautiful and great location. Very clean. Only negative was the a/c was too cold and I was not able to raise the thermostat. Had to turn it off to warm up. Then it was too warm!

Everything you need in one special place. Clean and beautiful spaces to lounge or wait for your ride. Excellent location and near City Center. Warm and welcoming staff always ready to help you or make you more comfortable. Delicious food and fair prices at the restaurant. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean rooms. Conveniently located

We enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked that the hotel is conveniently located to top notch restaurants and many of the DC sites. Most things are in walking distance and close to the Metro. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so I cannot comment on it.
