Our newly renovated two bedrooms entire Apartment is spacious with authentic furnishing and outdoor sitting area. The house is located near to big shopping centers. You can take the bus to downtown, providing easy access to Capitol Hill, National Mall, Smithsonian museum and other DC attractions. The house has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV and internet are included. Not wheelchair accessible. We have FREE PARKING available.

The advertising was blatantly incorrect. It was not a house (as advertised) but an apartment with 2 staircases to get to. Advertised as a 3 bed home, it’s a 2 bed apartment with 20 or so stairs. Parking was a nightmare. Upon receiving my entry information, it was mentioned in capital letters to lock our things in the safe. There was a gentleman (he said cousin to owner) who went into our place just as we were arriving. As someone with a knee issue, I never would have rented with so many stairs, & never with only 2 beds. I could have handled the few stairs in advertised picture! Windows were left open, mattress cover on tiny sofa in sitting room, no chair in living room as in picture so someone had to sit at kitchenette table. Just very disappointing. I truly feel like compensation should be awarded!

NEVER STAY WITH VRBO

The owner/manager (Tad) switched the property without telling us. We stayed at a different location that was not at all the what we rented. The owner took 2 days to respond when contacted about the confusion. VRBO does not seem to care that the owner switched out the property. There is not support from VRBO at all.

Good location, comfy stay

Tad’s place was just as advertised. The room in the attic was bigger than I was expecting and the beds were comfortable. Good location with easy access to tourist spots. Would stay again.

Very Noisy street

The property was adequate for our stay because it was close to our kids house. Lacked some necessities like shampoo/conditioner and salt/pepper. The main beds were in the attic with the plastic still around the bed frame. You definitely need ear plugs and/or noise reduction apps.

Great location for our visit

This property met all of my family's needs while on vacation. The upstairs bedroom was especially appreciated by my daughters. The bottom bedroom was a bit loud from road traffic at night, but we were so tired from sightseeing we slept fairly ok. We were steps away from the bus with a few stops to the metro. The kitchen was small and could use a can opener and baking sheet, but otherwise was fine. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time!

This property was located perfectly for us...close to the bus stop. There were some things that needed attention and Tad was right on them. We gave him a few tips about a couple changes that would benefit older people and we hope he will be able to make them, although we were fine as it was. Loved the loft!! We would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay.
