Upon checking into room we had 2 dirty socks laying on floor by bed, and then we find 2 more dirty crusty socks in closet. Someone got sick in pool and took from 6:30-10:30 too clean then next day still had someone working on something. My kids were very disappointed. Overall there are a lot better casinos/hotels too stay at. We only stayed for arcade and pool but arcade stole 20 dollars which we didn’t get back and room wasn’t all the way clean at all. Shower doors had smudges and prints, mirror was dirty, and dirty socks found by bed and closet like laying in the open

The young man at the front desk was delightful. But the hotel , the views, and the food were terrible. I stayed for three days and never got my room clean even once.

The room was in great condition and very clean, we were happy with the size of the Jacuzzi. We had brought food but there wasn't a microwave anywhere or coffee and unclear directions as to where to get ice. Overall it was a great stay, very comfortable and the staff was very nice. I do feel the price for the room was high.

Room Amenities not up to par with like a Holiday Inn. No Coffee maker no Fridge no Microwave. I couldn't get a nice drink. Like a Martini. No Limes or Lemons at the main bar. My husband ordered a double that is against hotel policy. Don't you want people to get a bit tipsy and gamble more than they should? No Roulette wheel. They give you a free coffee voucher. The coffee place doesn't open till 7:00am. I wouldn't go back. Red Neck Casino. lol

Room was ok. No outlets or ability to turn lights off near bed. Bartender was not very personable. She was ok. Dining choices very limited, but i knew this having been there before on a weeknight, so i packed my own food. Slots are not anything out of the ordinary. They are mostly spin and spin and spin until something explodes, bursts, or fills up and takes you to a bonus round where you may win back a fraction of what you just dumped in.
