we enjoyed the property but husband got sick and we had to go home early

The room looked dirty around the perimeter. The lounge chair was broken and the room phone did not work.

The front staff was great. The food was good in the onsite restaurant.

There were a few what I consider minor issues with our room (126). #1 Close to our room in the hallway, we could hear a very regular beep from the large red fire alarm. We were wondering if this might mean it needed attention. It was a constant beep. #2 In our room by the headboard closest to the window, was an outlet with no cover plate. This posed no problem for my husband and me, but a family with small children could be different. #3 I've always found the hook on the bathroom door to come in very handy. This room's hook had been damaged evidently. The actual hook assembly was still in the bathroom's storage cubicles near the door. These, as I said, are not major problems. The staff treated us very well; were very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. By the way, the TV remote needs to be within 3 feet of the TV--perhaps the batteries are low. Thank you for giving us the extra night (because of the storm) at a reduced rate. I don't know if this is a standard practice or a courtesy to clients in a snow emergency. Sincerely, June Woods, R.N.
