The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The premises and the room where we stayed were dirty and gross, honestly. The walls are also really thin—we could hear people talking in nearby rooms.

I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at the Pacific Coast Inn. The condition of the rooms was so unacceptable that we immediately requested a refund. When we checked in, our first room was in terrible shape—unclean, poorly maintained, and clearly not ready for guests. When we asked about it, we were told there was no cleaning staff on site to address the issue. Instead, they offered us a second room. Shockingly, the second room was even worse. The sheets were dirty and balled up on the bed, the furniture was out of place, the room had a funny smell to it, and the overall condition made it obvious that no effort had been made to prepare it for a new guest. At that point, we refused to stay and requested a full refund. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want even the most basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Do not book here.

When we got there some of their ammenties like the tv were not working, took over an hour to get help, they couldn't find my reservation. The bathroom had mold and the beds were dirty. Did not stay

When we arrived there were people in the parking lot stealing parts out of a car. After check-in we were sent to our room, but there were already people in it. The woman got in our face and didn’t know why we were there. Pretty sure the people lived there. Had to go back down to figure things out and were sent to another room. The room was absolutely filthy. Everything was stained, broken, missing, etc. We did not dare use the shower or get under the covers. The tv didn’t work…the box wasn’t even plugged in. When we plugged it in, the remote didn’t work. For over $200 a night, I feel like we were scammed. We didn’t even stay the whole night because it was so awful.

needs overhaul and updating

The shower, toilet and sink area was dirty looking and stained. The bath sink did not drain. The shower had lukewarm water. Thankfully the A/C worked. The bed was not terribly uncomfortable the the overall cleanliness was not there. Check in was horribly slow and it seemed they did not know what they were doing, and clear directions for the WIFI were not given.

DO NOT STAY HERE. It is under new ownership as the property was a Roadway Inn before. Room was not cleaned until I requested it at the front desk and daily service was not done unless requested. The ice maker only works on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working the day before my visit. The room had a cracked mirror, the lampshades were in very bad condition. The bed had no bedspread and when I mentioned it to the front desk, I was met with indifference and never saw bedspread anytime during my 5 day stay. I even had to remind the front desk to turn on the sign as it was pitch dark to enter from the main road. The pool has not been cleaned in some time and was closed as it looked green / black. Security must be an issue as well as there are giant posters in the front windows indicating video surveillance is in place. Property is clearly in bad condition (graffiti on the elevator doors was only partially covered by a quick paint job). If the hotels in the area were not over subscribed, I would have moved after day 1. Very uninviting lobby area and not well kept. Everywhere has harsh lighting and the rooms are the same. Never again.

Had to cancel after seeing the room. Dirty, holes in the walls, stained bed coverings. Outside, weeds and dead grass. Now known as the Pacific Coast Inn but still has the Rodeway Inn sign on building. I've stayed in some questionable hotels before, but never saw one this bad.

Pictures are not as shown, pretty run down, pool was shut down for the season (in July), had to ask several times for towels as there were none in the room, room was dusty and not very clean, staff is very difficult to reach, and A/C unit was very loud. WiFi did not work.

Staff was nice. Condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible. Lights flickered continuously, elevator was rattley, ice machine had floor plumbing out in the open as a hazard. Room smelled like pee and was not clean at all.
