Do not forget anything in the room....

I have forgot my jacket in the room. I left and 3 hours after I called and they told me that no jacket was found.... Last time I will go there. Too bad because the room and the hotel itself were very good.

Jean, You forgot your jacket on the luggage cart and we did look the carts but after 3 hours. I am sorry that none of the guest returned your jacket to the lobby but if it would have lost in the guest room you can blame us but you forgot hanging on the luggage cart and many guest use our carts. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast wasnt much but it was free.

old scratchy towels - one had a footprint on it, shower didn't drain properly, hvac was very loud and made a squeaking noise when it turned on and off, walls very thin - family next door kept me awake with normal speaking voices.

Old property. Best for just a crash place; do not expect a pleasant smell. Very musty and old.

Thank you for your comments. We just finished major renovation at this hotel in 2022. Yes it’s old but clean and newly renovated Super8.

Staff was not readily available upon arrival; not at desk or in vacinity. Room was clean, but common areas less so. Rugs were very dirty. Sound proofing wasn't great.

For our guest safety front desk do make rounds of the hotel to make sure that all our entrance doors are locked. We do have all our rugs shampoo once month due to heavy traffic.
