✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ To ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly space for all guests, Wausau Chalet is a pet-free property. We kindly ask that no pets be brought into the home. A $200 fee will apply if pets are brought onto the property or evidence of pets is found after check-out.

✔ Please note that there are currently no blinds or curtains on the living room window, allowing for natural light and an open view during your stay.
