We booked 5 rooms for our team to come work TX2K this week. We told the staff at the front desk that one of our employees will be arriving late when we checked in. When he showed up the next day, his room had been given away and he was marked as a ‘no show’. When we requested a refund because they had no more rooms they denied it and claimed to have called us, which was a blatant lie, none of us had missed calls. They then lied and said they were having phone issues. Then they said I would have to speak to the general manager, and she would be in mid day. (This was 8am) So I came back at 130pm the same day and she was ‘already gone’ but had denied our refund because we didnt call and let them know. Again we let them know at the front desk upon arrival that the team was coming in at different times but everyone is coming. The hotel staff is a team of liars and scam artists. I will be escalating this to their corporate team.

The hotel looked amazing until we got to our room. As soon as we walked in, there was smell to the carpet. It smelled like a boys locker room. I sprayed the room with lysol but it just masked the smell.The beds had big brown stains on them. Good thing they had covers on them.i asked house keeping to vaccum but it still smelled. I really hope it was just my room.i wish i could post the pics so you can see the beds

Good Morning, On behalf of our entire staff we would like to apologize for the smell of your suite, as well as the stains on the mattress. We are currently under going a remodel. However, this does take time for us to move through all of our floors. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with exceptional service in the future.

Good hotel, but needs some major work

Hotel staff was amazing and the location was easy to get to and close to town. However, the hotel is seeing signs of water damage as our room has a sinking tub and the hallway had numerous soft spots where if you stepped you felt like you were going to fall to the floor below. It's time for some major renovations to the structure.

I've stayed in many hotels, Room was clean, front desk personnel both day and night were nice and very friendly ( they both deserves raises) the bed was comfortable. I had 2 cats with me and wasn't charged an arm and a leg for them, not like some other hotels. I will definitely stay again.
