Check in was at 3pm, room was not ready until 10pm, we reserved a suite with a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was old and disgusting and not ready, we had to ask for linens at 1030pm and had to make it ourselves after waiting in the parking lot forever for our room to be ready. It was so disgusting that we just all piled in the two beds and let the sleeper sofa just lay. The worst part was the staff did not care, not one bit and offered no reconciliation even when asked. They seriously did not care.

The pool and hot tub were broken and we were supposed to be on first floor because we had our dogs but they put us on the third floor and they were constantly cleaning the room besides ys at 3 and 4 in the morning

The bathtub was broken. The faucet just spun around, no water. Wasn’t able to shower. And the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well either. The front desk clerk said she would send me something by email to see about a refund but did not.

NEVER AGAIN

Several items no longer in rooms(tissue,clock etc) The worst Free breakfast. Very few choice of itema. Was tolld no eggs because the truck did not show up yet. The person preparing food alternated between food area and mopping lobby. No coffee in dining area, had to go to lobby to get coffee (which was not HOT) No Hot water i(only warm) in rooms. I WILL NEVER STAY THEIR AGAIN)

Decent but no access to all amenities!

Overall the hotel was decent! We were upset at the fact we booked this hotel specifically for the Indoor pool! And after booking and checking in and coming down to use it we were then Informed it was not open and hasn't been open for more than a year! If that is the case we felt it shouldn't be advertised as one of the amenities nor charged as much per night compared to another hotel who did Infact have a indoor pool that was open for their guests! However the rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
