Hotel staff we awesome, it was the first time i stayed here sot not sure if it was just our room or what but the couch cushions were all stained, the room smelled like milldew and when it started raining i found out why.the window was leaking realy bad and it has ben for a while couse i noticed the curtains were all stained from the water.it was room 215 also the beds were not comfortable at all other than that it worked for one night but dont think i will return

Best Fairfield Hotel

This hotel should be rated a 10-Star hotel. Checkin was easy, Cooper our clerk was friendly, efficient and very professional. He took care of all our needs. We we're traveling with our 90 year old cousins and Cooper took time to take care of their needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EVERYDAY. BUT YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ROOM KEY SYSTEM. I LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TO GET A DIFFERENT KEY! ALSO THE ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK FOR SEVERAL DAYS! WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR AND MY WIFE IS 77 AND HAS A BONE ON BONE KNEE PROBLEM!! SO YOU TELL ME HOW WOULD YOU RATE YOUR STAY?
