Not very welcoming by any staff. We had accidentally scheduled two nights instead of three and we advised staff and asked for a little extra time to get our things packed and out, but we were rudely told we had 5 minutes or we are being charged for another night. We asked to pay for another night and we were told we would be charged for the executive suite.
