This property is in a good location but is starting to get run down. Also our room was infested with boxelder bugs. Boxelder bugs are harmless to humans but its still pretty gross to have to collect bugs in your room and then wonder how many more there are. I also noticed them all over the exterior of our building as well.

I booked a non pet room and we checked in late with a toddler. I didn't see it right away that the chair was all in pet hair. This was disappointing as we specifically booked a non pet room. Also, the resort charged us extra for a resort fee on top of what I already paid , hotels.com did not mention any resort fee

The gym was closed for renovation, which I only found out after arriving at the property. There were no notices on the website, reservation details, or even at the front desk during check-in, which was disappointing. Cleanliness also needed improvement. There was still hair all over the bathroom, and while shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathtub, there was no body wash available until the second day when housekeeping came to clean. Additionally, the coffee machine was not working properly. I really loved the space itself, but the overall quality and attention to detail should have been much better.

Large room, immaculate. Front desk people were exceptional, as were the daily room service boys. Loved the pool and hot tub, and the fireplace. King bed was ultra-comfortable. Walk-in shower SO spacious and nice. Parking right outside room. Very quiet, with a woodland view out the sliding doors onto the courtyard.

The room was dirty ( thank god I had my own Clorox wipes in the car) , the ac didn’t work- had to wake up my child and husband to move rooms at 9pm our first night. We were moved to a down graded room. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of the new room. A painting came partially off the wall at 3 in the morning swinging and nearly hitting my youngest daughter. Honestly the stay was awful and we felt we should’ve been compensated. They took $60 off our bill. At least 1 night should’ve been comp’d for sure. Will never stay at that “premier” resort again.

Everyone was great and being New Years and being a local to the area I was very disappointed to learn of the shuttle. All resorts advertised the fireworks and the shuttle was used as a marketing tool. We went to catch the shuttle we were unable to ride and nobody seemed to know anything. Very disappointed, that was one reason we chose this hotel.
