Pet Friendly Home, Short Walk to the Beach! (1807)

Relax and enjoy this open-concept contemporary home on Indian Neck! This home features a deck with easy access from the living area, and spacious kitchen and dining area. The first floor also has a primary bedroom with a/c unit and en suite bathroom (including a seat and handrail in shower), as well as a convenient half bath. Upstairs are a second bedroom, full bath, and the third bedroom with 2 Twin beds (this room has an additional AC) and bonus small sitting area with with a recliner. There is also space out back by the gas grill to sit and relax while grilling! With convenient amenities such as washer/dryer and wireless internet access, you're sure to feel right at home! Also, you can bring your four-legged family member on vacation too - this home is pet-friendly! (2 dogs under 50 lbs or one dog over 50 lbs, pet fee applies). There is driveway parking for 3 cars. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Beachside Comfort

We had a wonderful time at this property with our young children! It was actually much more spacious than it looked and we were even able to have the grandparents come visit during our week stay too! It’s a short walk to the beach - a beautiful beach I should add! This property is close to everything we love about the Cape and was everything we were looking for!

Cozy cottage

Overall was an okay experience. Steve was helpful. He gave us the hose for anti-mosquito spay that I had to use the first day since we were greeted by the mosquito army. 9:00am Check-out time is uncomfortable. Master bedroom had a trace of marijuana smell when we came. Cleaners only cleaned inside, not the deck. House is quite lovely and well-designed for its size. It is located in a lovely area with a short (5-7 min) walk to the small local beach and 3 min drive to the Indian Neck beach. If looking for a private setting, look elsewhere. House is cramped between the two other houses one of which is occupied by the owner Steve. We got lucky with the other house being empty for the most of our stay. It is overpriced for what it is. Still, we enjoyed beautiful Wellfleet and proximity of Provincetown, there are many great eating places short drive away. If you don’t mind mosquitoes and lack of privacy, it still can be your cottage. We will be looking for different one next time.
