Room was great Friendly and helpful staff on check in however we were not aware that hotel was being renovated in some areas therefore as we arrived very late due to delayed ferry it was a little confusing. Staff were very helpful with check in, parking and luggage.

A cheery welcome from the super smart and cheerful concierge and my bags in the room before I got there. Stylish and large room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Deep carpet, plenty of amenities,spotlessly clean bathroom, in all a touch of luxury whilst on the road and charming staff, each one.

The only thing I can fault is that there was a long curly hair on our shower toiletries when we checked in…. Honestly everything else was so amazingly perfect the hair was forgiven and forgotten!

Overall excellent but I recommend some safety features in the Shower area...perhaps a handle, as the floor gets very slippery easily..maybe a nonslipat?Otherwise no problems!
