Parking a huge inconvenience

Our room was quite comfortable and clean in the heart of the downtown business district, close to everything. The parking was very inconvenient without a drive-up in front, so we parked a block away and brought our suitcases to checkin. Access to the proper parking garage requires navigating a very narrow one way corkscrew and then very convoluted to get back to the hotel. We had to checkout before office hours and that was a nightmare because all of the doors were locked and it went on and on from there….

Parking is hooooooorrible!

Everything was perfect, except parking. Parking spot was hoooooorrible. We have to park at Novotal hotel. It was complicated to find the route to the Quest hotel. Parking road was super narrow. It was awful! Other than parking, Everythinf was super nice!

I am delighted with our experience at the Quest 256 Lambton. Room was small but impecibly clean and well- appointed with everything we could need. We were inpressed with how quiet it was and front desk staff was very helpful, personable and communicative. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again. We discovered a gem! Thank you!!
