Extremely convenient access to Wells Beach is what this vacation spot has to offer. The home is directly across the street from beautiful Wells beach (Two houses down from Public way #2 leading right to the beach). This relaxing vacation spot is fully furnished and features two private bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. A large living area features a queen sized sleep sofa to sleep a total of six in the unit. Large wraparound windows abound in the front living area allowing cool ocean breezes to pass through and the beautiful beach sun to add lots of light. The living area features a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player (for vacation family movies). The house is also equipped with wifi for the kids or business (if you just can't get completely away). A large kitchen area with eat in nook for family meals is very convenient, The kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the eating and cooking utensils you could ever need. The bathroom was completely renovated and features tile floor and a tiled shower with a tub (great for washing up the little ones.) The outside of the unit has as many amenities as the inside. A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent side by side units or upper and lower units. Belle plage Ă  deux pas. Lits confortables, tout Ă©tait fonctionnel dans l'appartement. Un seul point nĂ©gatif: la cuisine si on a l'intention de prendre les repas Ă  l'appartement. Pas de place (la cafetiĂšre et le grille-pain sont sur le frigo. Pas d'endroit oĂč ranger les victuailles. Une armoire avec beaucoup trop de vaisselle en plastique mais probablement que c'est pratique pour aller manger dans la cour. Ceci Ă©tant dit, j'y retournerais.

Great location! Atlantic Ocean just steps away!

As long as you don't want to book the same week as me, I highly recommend this rental! The location cannot be beat! Landlord VERY quickly responded to my only question . . . IF you can find a better location I dare you!

Great location!! Right across the street from the beach which gives you easy access and quick trip back to the house if you need anything. Place has newer updates which was great and plenty of storage for your belongings throughout the house. Great for a family of 4! Would t definitely book again!

Wonderful beach getaway

David was a responsive host for any questions that we had during our stay. The location was a short walk to the beach and made it convenient to walk to local stores, restaurants, and was safe for running along the road. The house had all the necessary amenities and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation home.

A well maintained, cute beach house apartment across the street from the beach. It’s not a big unit but other than the narrow hallway, did not feel cramped even with 4 adults. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. The host David was responsive to questions.

This rental is the best of Wells: across the street from the ocean, easy walk to the arcade and shops, perfect amount of space for our family of four, two parking spaces, friendly neighbors, unfussy furniture & housewares (comfortable, not full of breakables). We have been coming to Wells every summer for the last 5 years. We have always stayed on Post Road at a hotel but wanted to change it up. This location was perfect and we would love to re-book the entire house next summer so more family can join us. Super clean, ideal location on Atlantic Ave and the space was overall great. Very kid friendly, too!
