The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didnât need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Comfortable, clean, well-appointed condo in a great location with a **parking space**. We were very happy as soon as we arrived. The place was exactly as described and was kitted out with all the helpful items. We did not cook any large meals, but it appeared that we could have if we had wanted. Everything was new and fresh and we were comfortable staying in when we were not exploring. The true star, however, is the location. We were located right near the beach access so we could go back and forth to the beach and shops easily. Parking is in a covered space beneath the building.,Check in was handled by email and went smoothly. We did not need to contact the owners during our stay.Additional comments (not complaints): 1) There are two flights of stairs to the upper floor and no elevator. This was not a surprise as it was clearly pointed out in the property description. But still - probably not a great choice for some people. 2) We did not see or use washer/dryer facilities - again, they were not listed in the property description. 3) There is a learning curve with the TV/Spectrum. We got it eventually but finally realized we had to reboot to get the cable box working. 4) Stick to the Keurig not the coffee maker. :) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
The overall impression was very nice. The unit was spacious enough for 2 and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. We would absolutely stay there again. There were only 2 negatives. The mattress was rather firm, perhaps the option of a topper in the closet along side the large selection of pillows. The second negative was that the AC unit was loud enough that it made sleeping with it on difficult.
