Ocean Front! On the sand!! Stunning 5 BR house on Atlantic Ave, Wells Beach!!!


This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 .5 bathroom, newly furnished beach house sits right on the sand and sleeps 10. This is a very spacious 3000 sq ft home with lots of privacy and yet cozy and excellent common space for friends and family to enjoy a well deserved holiday.

Gorgeous fully equipped functioning kitchen allows for families to cook while enjoying the beach.

Two full size bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with 1.5 bathrooms.

The second floor has the master bedroom with a newly remodeled private bath.

This house also has a unique separate loft area with a king size bed on the 3rd floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor also equipped with a full bath to provide a family with small kids privacy and yet comfort that the kids are near by.

Private parking the can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Private access to the beach however the access is shared with the cottage directly behind this home .

Views and sounds of the ocean from every inch of the house.

Sit out on the deck as you grill and enjoy the endless ocean!

House has heating and can be booked all year long. Beach is excellent for surfers especially during storms. Nothing is more spectacular than watching the waves during a storm.


This is the front house on an ocean front lot. Both homes are owned by the same family and is also available for rent, reference VRBO #1645681.

Fully house trained pets could be considered off season for an additional cleaning rate. Please inquire if interested.

This house right on the beach was awesome! Plenty of room for our group of 7 and two children. Everything was topnotch and well stocked. The host thinks of everything and was very responsive to our inquiries. There is nothing like sitting on the roomy deck with the sand and ocean before you with morning coffee or evening cocktails, or watching the children play in the sand. Wonderful ocean views from just about every room. Plenty of parking in the driveway. This was a vacation we will never forget!

The house was amazing and directly on the beach! It was beautiful to watch the sunrise each morning along with enjoying coffee or a cocktail on the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped for me to make our family meals each day. Plenty of space and very comfortable. My elderly parents have always wanted to stay beachfront so I was happy to make this happen and spend the time with them making memories.

The house was simply beautiful and the perfect spot for our annual beach getaway with family! We truly enjoyed our stay in Wells. The check in was easy. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had extra conveniences such beach towels and beach chairs. All in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable too. The nicest home I’ve stayed in at Wells. We can’t wait to go back!

Location x3! Perfect spot for our busy, growing family. The grandchildren have been spoiled! Will only want beachfront from here on out! The host was responsive to all questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfort and Convenience

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We rented both the front and the back houses as we were a group of 6 couples and 3 kids ranging from 13-6 years old. The beach access was definitely the appeal of the house, we were able to spend quality time together both in the house and on the sand without making a huge production of traveling to the beach everyday. Sophia was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we would definitely stay here again.

Winter Holidays at the Beach

Everything was just lovely for our holiday week at this beach house. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole house was cozy. But we came for the beach: and wow, the views took our breath away! Sunrises, sunsets, snow, fog… it was all beautiful with the waves crashing right out the windows. We are birdwatchers, too and saw plenty of scoters (black and sea), old squaws, sandpipers, loons, eiders, and gulls. We will be back!
